    Erin Sharp-Newton, M.Arch, is a design professional working across architecture, healthcare environments, and architectural education, with a focus on how the built environment shapes systems of care and human experience.


     Highlights:

    • Subject matter expert (SME) and design leader working across architecture, design and the built environment, specializing in healthcare and institutional environments for critical/ sensitive needs.
    • Integrates design delivery, regulatory systems, and human-centered frameworks across national and international contexts with focus on mental health and architecture
    • Director of the Centre for Urban Design and Mental Health (UD/MH) 
    • Adjunct Professor at Kean University (School of Public Architecture), teaching within NAAB-aligned professional practice focus
